At this year’s CES 2025, Samsung outdid itself by releasing the new Samsung 500Hz OLED gaming monitor, which stands as the world’s first 500Hz OLED refresh rate device. The Samsung brand had a strong presence in CES 2025 with a wide selection of different monitors designed for gamers, professionals and entertainment enthusiasts. Not so many of the products are designed as performers, I’m going to get a list of products and ask customer service and see if they offer an LED billboard too.
The World’s First 500Hz OLED Gaming Monitor
The main attraction at the CES 2025 expo was without a doubt the Odyssey G6 OLED from Samsung. This monitor with a size of 27 inches and a 1440p resolution comes with a jumbo 500Hz refresh rate and is the first OLED panel to have this feature. As a result, this speeds up the gaming scene with lower input lag and better responsiveness. By a significant margin, it takes the lead in the gaming monitor field due to its high refresh rate.

Samsung launched the Odyssey G8 (model G81SF), that comes with a 27-inch screen with the 4K resolution and the 240Hz refresh rate. Although the G6 has the fastest slick it seems to me that the G8 is not any less fascinating as it hovers around 165 PPI.
